This was the question posed to me by Olivia about an hour before her first away from home babysitting gig. She wanted to be prepared to put an 18 month old to bed. She is so adorably nervous!! We talked about how to change a diaper and we tried to practice on her Bitty Baby with a dish towel. It didn't really work the way a diaper would, but I think she got the jist! And, then off she went to babysit . . . I wonder when she will call me for help!?!
